Simple. Clear. No surprises.

Before you ever schedule a meeting, we want you to know exactly what to expect. Because if you know what is coming, there is nothing to be nervous about.

A lot of people put off meeting with a financial advisor because they are not sure what happens when they sit down. Will they push products? Will there be a pitch? Will I feel pressured to sign something? Here is the honest answer: none of that happens here.

We walk into every meeting with a blank notepad. No pitch. Just a conversation. Here’s what the process actually looks like.

Our process explained

Step 1 · Discovery
Blank notepad. No pitch. Just a conversation.

We will schedule a meeting with you in-person or by video. No paperwork, no commitments. We listen. You ask questions. At the end, we both decide if it makes sense to keep going.

Step 2 · Foundation
We gather the details and build a clear picture of where you stand.

Account statements, tax returns, Social Security estimates. From those we map your cash flow, tax exposure, and review your investment portfolio. The next conversation tightens everything up.

Step 3 · Clarity
Your top priorities. Our recommendations. In plain English.

We’ll deliver recommendations to you clearly, not in a 50-page binder. Based on where you stand and what matters most, we’ll tell you what we’d do, and what it costs to work together. You’re free to take it, think it over, or get a second opinion.

Step 4 · Presence
We stay close. You get to focus on what matters.

You’ll hear from us regularly for planning and investment reviews, as well as thematic meetings on estate planning and tax strategy. We work closely with the other professionals in your life, like your CPA or attorney. Questions between meetings? Just call. We won’t hesitate to reach out either.

The first step takes less than an hour.
